Terms & Conditions

 

Thank you for choosing to book with Tranquility Estate Bed & Breakfast.

 

By making a booking with Tranquility Estate Bed & Breakfast, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us.

 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Prices:

  • The price of the accommodation is as agreed with us via email, and WhatsApp. You will be provided with an Invoice should you request one.

  • We do not accommodate children under 16 years of age.

​

2. Deposit:

  • Your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, as it constitutes a commitment to your booking.

​

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your booking within 14 days of making it without incurring any charges. Your deposit however will not be refundable.

  • After this grace period, no refunds will be issued for cancellations.

  • We recommend obtaining cancellation insurance to cover any potential costs.

4. Non-availability of Accommodation:

  • In the unlikely event that your accommodation becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard.

  • If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be provided, and our liability will be limited to this refund.

5. Check-in and Check-out:

  • Check-in is from 3 pm until 9 pm. Late check-in must be notified in advance and will incur a fee of USD 30 for arrivals up to 10:30 pm. We do not permit check-in after 10:30 pm.

  • Check-out is between 7 am and 11 am. Early check-out between 5 am and 7 am will incur a charge of USD 20.

6. Damages and Breakages:

  • Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages caused to the accommodation or its contents during their stay.

  • Please report any incidents as they occur.

  • Minor breakages may not incur charges, but significant damages may result in an invoice for repair or replacement, along with an additional charge of £50.00 if not reported.

7. Liability:

  • We do not accept liability for any damage, loss, or injury to guests or their property unless caused by a negligent act of ourselves, our employees, or contractors while acting in the course of their employment.

8. Privacy Policy:

  • Any data collected during the booking process will be stored securely and deleted after a reasonable period.

  • We will not share your details with any third party.

​

9. Tranquility Estate Swimming Pool:

  • All users of the Tranquility Estate Swimming Pool, including their children, must strictly adhere to the pool rules outlined in the Tranquility Estate Swimming Pool Information Document No. SPW192368.

  • Neither Tranquility Estate nor its staff accepts responsibility or liability for any injuries sustained by individuals during any lawful or unlawful use of the pool.

  • Guests wishing to use the swimming pool must sign a Waiver Form Declaration Number 238719. This form will be provided to you prior to your arrival.
